A better recruiter deserves a better website to showcase its USP. A smart, muted colour palette, alongside a frictionless user experience gives Consortia a serious edge.
The site was designed to appeal to those recruiting for, and others seeking, highly skilled technical roles. The site’s use of bespoke icons to showcase the different areas of expertise with smart animation make it appealing. Consortia contractors are also able to upload their timesheets through specially-designed software that is fully integrated into the site, meaning it works hard as both a marketing and operational tool.
The site makes use of long scroll, hover-over animations (both large and small) and UI patterns (the ability to upload a CV, the use of a fly-out menu) to ensure it is of the moment and fit for the future.
