Working globally in 22 countries, Selecture Global has hubs in London, Singapore and Australia. The team prides itself on building long-term partnerships based on trust. The website and brand are bright and engaging, but retain a traditional and trustworthy edge through use of a white, dark grey, dark red and purple colour palette. It works well across the different industry areas and continents, which was an important part of the brief. The site is responsively designed and the end-user can engage with the site through phone, tablet or desktop in a smooth and well-designed way, which is a key part of attracting future and existing candidates and clients to engage.
Using an infinity scroll with easy to engage social icons that are always visible when navigating the page, the structure of the website is comprehensive. It starts with a business overview, key facts, and moves onto job search, news and information about the team and clients. The job search features a selection of jobs available from all three business hubs and simple functionality allows instinctive CV submission that is again designed with the international market in mind.
The site also includes a video feature that showcases the work of Selecture Global in action and brings to life the London office and the business’ core values of development, good relationships, expertise, teamwork, respect and accountability.
