Working closely with the Mayday team, Chris Curd Design have built a user-centred site that reflects the mission of the business – to provide an exceptional, last minute healthcare recruitment service for candidates and clients alike. Mayday are one of the most established healthcare recruitment providers in the country, and wanted to design a site that mirrored the excellent service they strive to deliver.
With a clean layout and modern design, the site is easy to navigate. Improved and simplified accessibility provides a better user experience, allowing both candidates and clients to quickly find what they are looking for. The bold primary colour scheme draws the user towards calls to action. Chris Curd Design have created a bespoke “Design Your Job” feature, matching suitable roles with candidates depending on their preferences. This creates a truly personalised experience, in addition to a wealth of relevant resources in the Candidate Guidance area. The site has been redesigned to add value at every stage, with the ultimate objective of creating a seamless job search process for candidates. New design features include customised animation, clear calls to action and a fixed navigation bar – all designed with the user experience in mind.
The Job Board offers an intuitive search function, with the option to add more advanced filters. The simple record-card style keeps the page uncluttered, and Chris Curd Design have created an application form that allows candidates to submit their information in only 30 seconds. The new site will allow Mayday to continue recruiting last minute healthcare professionals, with improved speed and ease of use. The Chris Curd Design team are incredibly pleased to have been involved with this project, working with Mayday healthcare to build an innovative site that will transform that the way that they can interact with their customers.
