We’re currently recruiting for a Part-Time Support and Administration Specialist to join our Operations Team. The role will be a half day (morning from 9am), Monday to Friday.
We’re an award winning web design agency based in West London, however this role will be 100% remote (unless of course, you want to hang out). We’re a relatively sociable team - but if you’re not, that’s fine too. We help each other out, and enjoy a flat structure without any micromanagement or politics.
The primary responsibility for this role is 1st line app support for one of the UK’s top fitness apps, assisting users via email with queries and technical tickets. We use Zendesk as our support system. We will offer comprehensive training, and resources to assist in troubleshooting. Additionally you will be involved in general administration tasks such as updating app content via our easy-to-use CMS, and other ad hoc duties. You’ll need to be familiar with using iOS and Android apps, mobile devices and social media.
