Chris Curd Design has been working with Mayday since 2002, redesigning and developing the website as the company expands. Alongside this we run an incredibly successful Search Engine Optimisation campaign to increase both General Enquiries and the number of CVs received. Mayday Healthcare Plc was included in Richard Branson’s Fast Track 100 companies and is one of Britain’s fastest growing recruitment specialists. Since 2002, the website has undergone four alterations and we are currently working on the fifth. The new features to be included are being designed to fully showcase the areas in which Mayday has expanded and also to keep the website up to date and fresh. In the fast paced world of recruitment, it is important for Mayday Healthcare to have a website that can evolve as they do as well as a website that can support and enhance the Mayday brand. It is also important for the consultants at Mayday to be able to update the website themselves whenever they need to. By using our Control Panel content management system, they are able to do this. Additions and alterations are easy to perform and are visible in real time. Since May 2009 we have successfully been running an SEO campaign to increase both General Enquiries and the number of CVs that Mayday Healthcare receive. We work alongside key members of the Mayday team, creating both user and Google friendly copy. This continues to achieve results and we are continually seeing increased traffic to the Mayday website from search engines. Alongside our campaign to increase organic traffic to the site, we also run an Adwords campaign which is flourishing under our management and producing the desired results. Since the beginning of the SEO campaign, Mayday Healthcare has seen over a 200% increase in traffic via keywords which had led to a 200% increase in candidate CVs and a 200% increase in ‘call me back’ General Enquiries of which 50% are new client contacts.
